I recently underwent periodontal surgery with Dr. Chi, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Chi is incredibly knowledgeable, and her great attitude and bedside manner immediately put me at ease. The surgery was remarkably quick and somewhat painless. I needed Osseous surgery which is accessing the roots of the teeth, removing infected tissue, and reshaping the bone around the teeth to promote healing and prevent further damage, and after scheduling my appointment, Dr. Chi advised that it be done as soon as possible. We encountered a minor technical issue with the water supply before the procedure, but it was resolved promptly, ensuring everything was set for a smooth surgery. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Chi was highly communicative—reassuring me that I was doing great. After the surgery, her clear post-op instructions made recovery simple, and she even called an hour later to check on my progress. Yuri, the dental hygienist, is exceptional. She genuinely cares about your health and is extremely knowledgeable. During my recent visits, Yuri did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, combining professionalism with a warm, friendly demeanor that makes your time in the office enjoyable. When I asked for her advice on selecting a quality dental floss, we reviewed several brands together, and she recommended one that offers superior functionality for effective dental care. Destiny, who handles billing, is equally impressive. She provided clear, easy-to-understand explanations of all charges and worked with me to develop the best payment option. I had several questions regarding my bill, and she addressed each one with patience and clarity. Thank you to the entire 17th Modern Dentistry team for providing such a caring and professional experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making every visit a positive experience.

Love 17th Modern Dentistry. Beanna gives the best teeth cleanings and Dr. Walker is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, informative and has your best interest at heart. He doesn’t oversell you procedures and is conservative in his recommendations, considering what is most necessary and best for your health. We trust him completely! I don’t like going to the dentist but he makes it less stressful. Absolutely go to him!
